Protocol

• The FOCUS - Yeast Proteome Kit has been specifically designed for yeast research and supplied with yeast specific reagents.
• Extracts and solubilizes nearly all of the proteins from yeast, including membrane as well as soluble proteins.
• Extraction is based on the gentle lysis of yeast cells with a yeast lysis enzyme preparation (Longlife Zymolyase) specifically prepared and stabilized for long term use.
• This is followed by extraction of total proteome.
• Simple extraction protocol
• Supplied with a yeast specific lytic enzyme preparation
