Biotage® Sfär Bio flash columns were developed with a small particle size (20 μm) and large pore size (300 Å) to provide increased resolution and effective separation of complex peptide mixtures, while allowing the flexibility in how to load the sample thanks to the accessible column.

Biotage® Sfär Bio C4 D - Duo 300 Å 20 μm has been developed for high performance flash reversed phase chromatography, a very efficient technique to dramatically clean-up synthetic peptides. C4 is slightly more polar than C18 and is typically recommended when purifying either large (>40 amino acids) or very hydrophobic peptides.
