The First Magnetic bead-based reagent for efficient removal of short DNA Fragments 

Short Fragment Depletor-10 High Throughput (SFD-10HT) reagent is a bead-based reagent used for size selection and purification of high molecular weight DNA in long read sequencing. It can significantly improve the mean read length by near depletion of DNA fragments below 10 kb. This kit is suitable for amplicons, sheared/fragmented DNA and genomic DNA. SFD-10HT working concentration range is 0.5-150 ng/µL.
