Looking for a Complement?

The complement system plays essential roles in both innate and adaptive immune responses, providing inflammatory and protective reactions against pathogens.
C3bBbP, Human, ELISA Kit
The Human C3bBbP ELISA kit is to be used for the in vitro quantitative determination of C3bBbP in serum and plasma samples. The detection of C3bBbP serves as a potential diagnostic biomarker for alternative pathway complement-associated diseases. The kits are available in 1 x 96 determinations and 2x 96 determinations.
Introducing SOLIScript® Lyo-ready 1-step RT-qPCR Kit
SOLIScript® Lyo-ready 1-step RT-qPCR Kit is an optimized solution for fast and sensitive amplification and quantitation of RNA and DNA targets with probe-based assays. With a high collapse temperature (Tc) of -30˚C, the kit allows for the adoption of a rapid and energy-efficient lyophilization protocol. With a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 85.9˚C, the lyophilizates have a high resistance against long term exposure to higher temperatures. The composition is optimized for lyophilization to cakes or beads.
CUTANA™ Fiber-seq Kit

Fiber-seq is a breakthrough approach that simultaneously maps genetic and epigenetic features from individual chromatin fibres. This single assay delivers insights that would normally require integrating data from multiple methods, such as ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, and bisulfite sequencing.
The CUTANA™ Fiber-seq Kit provides key reagents and a comprehensive manual to perform Fiber-seq.
Key advantages include:
- Multiomic insights in one assay – Simultaneously profiles chromatin accessibility, DNA methylation,
and genetic variants, consolidating what typically requires three or more separate assays into one long-read
sequencing (LRS) assay. - Comprehensive solution – Kit includes key reagents needed to go from cells to library prep-ready DNA.
- User-friendly resources – The User Manual is complete with a detailed protocol, QC checks, FAQs, and expert tips to get you started,
while the bench-proof Quick-Start Card provides a concise protocol for convenient reference. - Easy workflow integration – Fiber-seq can be performed in <2 hours directly upstream of routine long-read sequencing library preparation and uses
reagents vetted for compatibility with library prep kits from major LRS platforms. - Powered by Hia5 6mA methyltransferase – Hia5 is the highest activity 6mA-methyltransferase available and is exclusive to CUTANA Fiber-seq Kits.
This more active enzyme enables faster incubations, which results in better resolution of protein footprints. - Stringent quality control – Each new lot undergoes rigorous quality control checks to ensure components yield consistent results in your research.

Want to Remove an Antibody From Your FFPE Sample and Try Again?

Streamline sequential IF/IHC staining and protect tissue integrity.
Vector Laboratories – VectaPlex™ Antibody Removal Kit
VectaPlex Antibody Removal kit is a ready-to-use kit designed to remove antibodies and other non-covalently bound detection reagents. This kit simplifies sample processing for manual workflows, accelerates multiplex assay optimization, preserves precious samples, and maintains tissue integrity and morphology through multiple cycles of antibody binding and removal.
Everyone makes mistakes...now you can erase them! Your path to simplified multiplexing starts with VectaPlex™ from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections in immunofluorescence or tyramide signal amplification staining workflows.
- Maintains tissue integrity and morphology through multiple cycles of antibody binding and removal.
- Enables up to 6 rounds of staining without reducing target availability.
- Ready-to-use and does not require a damaging heat step.
HighPrep HMW DNA Kit

The HighPrep High Molecular Weight DNA Kit is a magnetic bead-based kit for high molecular weight DNA isolation from whole blood, bone marrow, saliva, buccal cells, cultured cells, tissues, and bacteria.
Isolates superior length of DNA (50-300+ kb) and minimizes shearing: suitable for all third-generation sequencing platforms.
- High DNA recovery and purity.
- Reproducible results.
- Fast and optimized protocol-Kingfisher Flex script available.
- Applicable to diverse sample types.

What Would You Like to Ask Nour?
Your Lab’s Mysteries Are Our Favourite Puzzles!
Most days, our Account Managers are out in the field answering questions and discussing your projects, while Nour is in Brockville, answering calls and emails. The real fun begins when you send her those “little quirks” that have been bugging you for ages. They’re not defects – just things that don’t run quite right or frustrate you.

Don’t wait for us to drop by your lab – reach out to Nour today!
These puzzles are our playground, and we love turning head‑scratchers into smooth solutions.
