Looking for a digital pressure gauge rather than the syringe system?

The EVlution™ TFF Digital System is the same as the original but replaces the syringe pressure system with a digital gauge.

The digital pressure gauge allows for accurate measurement of pressure in bar (to two decimal points), mPA, psi, and kg/cm2.

Gravity Flow SEC Purification

ExoSpin Column

Finish clean-up of exosome concentrates with gravity column SEC (size exclusion chromatography). SEC holds up large and small molecules while allowing exosomes to travel directly through the column. SEC columns are not overloaded by high concentrations of exosomes, as they are only retaining proteins and media components.

Media Bottles and Caps

Glass and laboratory grade plastic media bottles pair perfectly with EVlution™ for your source / retentate bottle and your filtrate bottle (if needed). They can be paired with 3-port GL45 bottle caps to lock your lines in place and ensure air entering the bottle to replace the filtrate is cleaned to <0.2um for cleanliness and sterility.

  • GL45 caps with built in ports secure lines in position for reliable unattended operation with glass or plastic GL45 bottles.
  • Complete sterile bottle plus cap systems also available.
  • Solid cap with ports protects samples from contamination by airborne dust.
  • 3rd port equalizes air pressure as sample enters or leaves reservoir.
  • Syringe filter can be installed on equalisation port to filter air to 0.2µm, preventing dust or bacteria from entering bottle.

By taking the sample from the very bottom of the reservoir, bottom of the bottle filters ensure that automated filtration can proceed as long as possible, leaving the minimum volume of sample to finish with manual circulation.

  • Recovers all but the last 2% of sample without drawing air into the system.
