Rabbit Anti-Sheep IgG Antibody (H+L), Biotinylated, 1.5 mg. These antibodies can be used for tissue and cell staining, ELISAs, and blots. Features: Suitable for use with goat, sheep, and bovine IgG primary antibodies; Recognizes both heavy and light chains (H+L); Biotinylated to ensure the maximum degree of labeling without compromising specificity or affinity; Supplied in solution at the same concentration provided in VECTASTAIN ABC kits. Recommended concentration range is 2–10 µg/ml. If used in tissues with cross-reacting endogenous immunoglobulins, buffers containing 2% normal serum from the same species as the tissue can be used for dilution. Important Note: Use of bovine products (casein, serum, albumin, or non-fat dry milk) as blocking agents may produce a high background due to cross-reactivity of anti-sheep IgG with bovine immunoglobulins. If this antibody is to be used in these applications, blocking with Animal-Free Blocker solution (Cat. No. SP-5030) is recommended.
