The multifunctional injection valve allows several ways to inject a sample without the need to change the system configuration. The sample loop is either filled manually by syringe or automatically via a sample pump. By switching the valve the sample is then injected by the system pump. As an additional option, the sample can also be injected via the sample pump directly to the column.
