Protocol

• Calmodulin binding peptide tagged proteins can be rapidly and efficiently purified with our calmodulin resin.
• A major benefit is that protein elution only requires 2 mM EGTA at neutral pH; extremely gentle conditions to help maintain the proteins activity and structure.
• The resin consists of 4% agarose coupled to calmodulin and has a density of approximately 1mg calmodulin/mL resin.
