Conjugation Buffer (10X), 5 x 1.5 mL, is a high buffering capacity solution that is optimized for the conjugation reaction between HyNic and 4FB groups. Proteins, oligonucleotides, and other biomolecules are buffer exchanged into Conjugation Buffer after modification with S-HyNic and S-4FB, and prior to conjugation, to ensure efficient conjugation of these linkers.
