***CUTANA™ Protease Inhibitor Tablets, 20 Large Tablets

This EDTA-free cocktail inhibits various serine and cysteine proteases, resulting in stabilization of target proteins isolated from animal tissues, plants, and yeast for in situ assays like ChIC/CUT&RUN (EP141048) or CUT&Tag (EP141102/EP141103). Absence of EDTA and other chelating agents is essential for the controlled activation of pAG-MNase (EP151016/EP151116) and pAG-Tn5 (EP151017/EP151117), but leaves metallo- and aspartic proteases inhibited. This product is also used in the preparation of CUTANA™ Nuclei Extraction Buffer (EP211026).

• Storage: Tablets stored in their original container are stable at 4ºC until the date of expiration on the label.
• Formulation: Proprietary mixture of protease inhibitors; EDTA free.
• Instructions for Use: Reconstitute each tablet in 420 µL (15-1027-S) or 2 mL (15-1027-L) molecular biology-grade water to prepare a 25X stock. Leftover 25X protease inhibitor can be stored for 12 weeks at -20ºC.
