D-Leucine - 5 µm, 100 Å, 250 mm x 21.1 mm

The π-acceptor Leucine CSP is covalently bonded to 5 µm aminopropyl silica. Columns are available in either L- or D-Leucine, so the user can invert elution order if needed. This phase demonstrates enhanced enantioselectivities for several classes of compounds, including benzodiazapines.
