• A simple method for fractionation of cytoplasmic and nuclear proteins from cells and tissues.
• The fractionation method is based on gentle lysis of sample followed by centrifugation to collect and separate nuclei from the rest of cytoplasmic proteins.
• For proteomic as well as expression and transport studies.
• Supplied with a proprietary chaotropic extraction buffer for solubilization of both nuclear proteins and cytoplasmic proteins for 2D analysis
