Protocol

• FOCUS FastSilver is a sub-nanogram sensitive silver staining kit which produces a crystal clear background, high visibility, and maximal peptide recovery needed for critical analysis by mass spectrometry.
• FOCUS FastSilver does not use protein modifier glutaraldehyde and the kit is provided with a silver-ion removing and de-staining reagent, SilverOUT, which allows complete trypsin digestion and extraction of peptides needed for mass spectrometry.
