The FOCUS - Yeast Proteome Kit has been specifically designed for yeast research and supplied with yeast specific reagents.
Extracts and solubilizes nearly all of the proteins from yeast including membrane as well as soluble proteins.
Extraction is based on the gentle lysis of yeast cells with a yeast lysis enzyme preparation (Longlife Zymolyase) specifically prepared and stabilized for long term use.
This is followed by extraction of total proteome.
