**GenLNP-A01- EGFP mRNA (m1Ψ), 0.05 mg

The LNP formulation loaded with eGFP mRNA (m1Ψ) is prepared using generic LNP formulation with main ionizable lipid of ALC0315.     The payload EGFP mRNA (m1Ψ) has all the U bases 100% modified with N1-methyl-pseudouridine (m1Ψ). It expresses an enhanced green fluorescent protein, with the open reading frame sequence originally from the jellyfish, Aequorea Victoria. EGFP mRNA is a commonly used fluorescence reporter sequence in mRNA therapeutics and delivery system development projects. The expressed protein has an excitation wavelength of 488nm, emission at 507nm.     This formulation is a good control for testing if ALC0315 LNP formulation is a good potential formulation for your mRNA product under research in your in vitro and in vivo experiment model.
