Product Details

Streptavidin, Peroxidase (Concentrate, for IHC), 1 mg, is a powerful tool to detect or purify biotinylated proteins, nucleic acids, and other macromolecules. This product is produced by a coupling procedure that preserves the high specific activity of the peroxidase. Using biotinylated primary or secondary intermediates and peroxidase-labeled streptavidin, antigens can be localized in histological sections, cytospin preparations, or smears. This product is also available in a Ready-to-Use format (SA-5704).
