Streptavidin, Peroxidase, ELISA Grade (Concentrate, for ELISAs and Blots), 1 mg. Avidin and streptavidin reagents are powerful tools to detect or purify biotinylated proteins, nucleic acids, and other macromolecules. Vector Laboratories enzyme-conjugated avidin and streptavidin are produced with the highest specific activity enzymes in optimal ratios. Specific covalent linkages are chosen to provide stable, highly active conjugates. This preparation (HRP-Sav; Cat. No. SA-5014) is optimized for use in solid-phase assays, such as ELISAs and blotting applications.
