• The IBS buffer has been specifically developed for solubilization of inclusion bodies.
• It features a simple to use protocol: simply suspend the inclusion bodies in IBS Buffer and inclusion bodies readily dissolve into the IBS Buffer.
• Once the inclusion bodies are solubilized it is ready for downstream applications or protein folding protocols.
