ImmPACT DAB EqV Substrate, Peroxidase (HRP), 100 ml, is 3–5 times more sensitive than the original DAB substrate. It comprises 50 ml each of Reagent 1 and Reagent 2 which, when mixed together in equal volumes, form a working solution that is stable for several days when stored at 4 degrees C. The reaction product is dark brown and can be intensified with DAB Enhancing Solution (Cat. No. H-2200). ImmPACT DAB EqV Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate can be used for both immunohistochemical and blotting applications, with the DAB chromogen being effective both as a single label or as a second color for multiple antigen labeling. Because of its heat-resistance, ImmPACT DAB EqV Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate can be used in IHC/ISH double labeling applications.
