For digestion of protein spots within gels for Mass Spec analysis
Simple to use: just excise and remove protein spots and wash in SilverOUT to remove silver ions (for silver stained gels) followed by incubation in a proprietary Trypsin-Digestion Buffer Mix - which ensures efficient protein digestion.
Digested peptides are extracted with Pep-Extract - a high-diffusion peptide extraction buffer.
The extracted peptides are suitable for Mass Spec analysis without any further cleaning procedures - simply spot on Mass Spec grids for analysis.
