(IFN-?), ? (IFN-?), and ? (IFN-?). ITAC is the dominant ligand known to bind the chemokine receptor CXCR3, thus acting as a stronge agonist. ITAC functions as a chemoattractant for interleukin-2 (IL-2)-activated T cells.
