JAW™ Tris Buffered Saline with Tween 20 (TBST) Packs are ready to use dry-blend powder pouches designed to make 1X solution of TBS with 0.05% Tween 20. A novel spray drying technique allows for the inclusion of Tween 20 in the buffer pack. Just Add Water!

Features:

• Each Pack is dissolved in 1L deionized water to make 10mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween 20, pH 7.5
• Come in convenient ready to use packs with no weighing or adjusting of pH required.
• These buffer packs have a longer shelf life when compared to the buffer solutions.
