Laemmli Buffer: SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer 2X (Reducing) contains 4% SDS, 20% glycerol, 200 mM DTT, 0.01% bromophenol blue and 0.1 M Tris-HCl. It can be used to prepare conventional protein samples for SDS-PAGE.

• Storage:  Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.. Shipped in room temperature.
