Modification Buffer (10X), 5 x 1.5 mL, is an amine-free, high buffering capacity solution that is optimized for the reaction of NHS esters and TFP esters with amino groups. Proteins, oligonucleotides, and other biomolecules are buffer exchanged into Modification Buffer prior to modification with S-HyNic and S-4FB to ensure efficient coupling of these linkers.
