Solid Color PEEK tubing is a single layer of extruded PEEK that has been colored for easy ID (Inner Diameter) dimensional identification. Solid color PEEK is metal-free and ideal for applications that require fast and easy dimensional identification.

Solid color PEEK tubing allows users to identify which tubing has what ID dimensions quickly and easily. This tubing is manufactured with a permanent colorant that will not rub off. A cross-section of this tubing shows the color is distributed evenly between the inner and outer circumferences.

Because this tubing is metal-free, it will not leach metal ions into the eluent or extract metal-sensitive components from the sample.

Maximum Operating Temperature

Use solid color PEEK tubing at continuous operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) for 1/16” OD with ID up to 0.030” (0.75 mm).
