Streptavidin, Peroxidase, R.T.U., 100 ml, is a powerful tool to detect or purify biotinylated proteins, nucleic acids, and other macromolecules. This Ready-To-Use (R.T.U.) version is produced by Vector Laboratories, using a coupling procedure that preserves the high specific activity of the peroxidase. Using biotinylated primary or secondary intermediates and peroxidase-labeled streptavidin, antigens can be localized in histological sections, cytospin preparations, or smears. This product is supplied in a bottle fitted with a drop dispenser top.
