TempPlate® HS Heat Seal Foil Automation Rolls

Foil automation rolls provide a strong barrier against light, gas, and moisture. Heat sealing creates an airtight seal to prevent evaporation and contamination, keeping reagent concentrations accurate. Automation increases speed and efficiency, ensuring consistent seal quality. Suitable for various applications and long-term storage, they deliver reliable, high-accuracy results. They are certified free of DNase, RNase, and Human DNA contamination.

Sample Temperature Range:     4°C to +105°C

Sealing parameters should be optimized based on plate type to obtain a secure seal

• Polypropylene Plate: 2–3 seconds @ 145°C to 160°C
• Dual Component PCR (Polycarbonate/Polypropylene) Plates:  2–3 seconds @ 145°C to 160°C
• COC (Cyclic Olefin Copolymer) Plates:  2–3 seconds @ 145°C to 160°C
• Polystyrene Plates:  2–3 seconds @ 75°C to 120°C
