TempPlate® HS Heat Seal Foil Sheets

Non-adhesive heat-sealing foils create an airtight seal that prevents contamination and keeps reagent concentrations stable for accurate PCR results. Foil sheets protect against evaporation and environmental factors, improving workflow efficiency and reducing variability across plates for reliable data. They are certified free of DNase, RNase, and Human DNA contamination.

Sealing parameters should be optimized based on plate type to obtain a secure seal

• Polypropylene Plates:  2 seconds @ 140°C
• Dual Component PCR (Polycarbonate/Polypropylene) Plates:  2 seconds @ 156°C
