**TransIT®-AAViator Transfection System, for 1.5 L of Cell Culture

The TransIT®-AAViator Transfection System was developed on a proven polymer and lipid technology platform that provides increased AAV vector output, easier scalability, and reduced plasmid DNA consumption by up to 50% compared to Polymer-only reagents. The TransIT-AAViator System is made up of the new TransIT-AAViator Transfection Reagent and RevIT™ AAV Enhancer. When combined, process developers now have a transfection system tailored specifically for maximal AAV production.
