uPAR (D1 domain), Human, mAb IIIB6

Monoclonal antibody IIIB6 recognizes the urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR or CD87), a GPI anchored highly glycosylated, single-chain polypeptide. CD87, a 45- to 60-kD protein, consists of three structurally homologous domains of approximately 90 amino acids, designated D1, D2, and D3, each containing a conserved arrangement of disulfide bonds and separated by short interdomain linker sequences.
