VectaFluor Excel Amplified Anti-Rabbit IgG, DyLight 594 Antibody Kit, 1 Kit, is a non-biotin amplification method for fluorescence applications. It employs an Amplifier Antibody followed by a VectaFluor DyLight 594–labeled detection system, with all reagents supplied as stabilized, ready-to-use solutions for maximum convenience. The technology used to conjugate VectaFluor reagents to the DyLight dyes ensures maximum labeling without compromising antibody affinity or specificity, and all reagents in the kit are affinity-purified and extensively cross-adsorbed to ensure high sensitivity and low background. DyLight dyes offer several advantages, including brighter fluorescence, greater photostability, and pH independence. DyLight 594 has an excitation maximum of 592 nm and an emission maximum of 617 nm.
