VECTASTAIN Elite ABC Universal PLUS Kit, Peroxidase (Horse Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG), 1 Kit. The VECTASTAIN Elite ABC system is the most sensitive avidin/biotin-based peroxidase system, ~5x more sensitive than the original VECTASTAIN ABC Kit with the same low background. The secondary antibody in this kit is a cocktail of biotinylated anti-mouse/anti-rabbit IgG, for use with rabbit and mouse primary antibodies. Advanced avidin/biotin technology: The Elite ABC complex is smaller, very uniform, and highly active, allowing more accessibility for binding. Cost effective: Higher sensitivity leads to lower cost per slide. More complete detection systems: Inclusion of BLOXALL endogenous enzyme quenching solution and ImmPACT DAB EqV substrate in this kit provides added convenience with optimized, matched reagents in the one product. Note: This antibody should not be used to stain tissues from rodents or rabbits due to its reactivity with IgG present in the tissues of these species.
