The VirusGEN® AAV Transfection Kit with RevIT™ AAV Enhancer and VirusGEN® Stabilizer is the first and only transfection kit designed to simplify upstream AAV scale-up. 

The kit includes: 

• TransIT-VirusGEN® Transfection Reagent proven for AAV production in suspension cells.
• RevIT™ AAV Enhancer designed to increase AAV titer 2-4X for any serotype, reagent, HEK293 cell line or media.
• VirusGEN® Transfection Complex Stabilizer, which extends transfection complex formation time by up to 3 hours and reduces transfection complex volume down to 2% of total culture volume, while maintaining high titers and percent full AAV capsids.
