Return Policy
At Chromatographic Specialties Inc., we want you to be thoroughly satisfied with your product purchase.
- Warranty Product Returns:
- For a period of 90 days from the date of shipment, Chromatographic Specialties Inc (CSI) warrants its product to be free from defect in material and workmanship to the original purchaser. The exception being that a 30 day warranty will apply to MJS BioLynx products.
- During the warranty period, we agree to issue credit, replace or repair defective and/or nonconforming goods or parts without charge for material or labour as per agreement with our customer.
- Please contact our Technical Support Team (tech@chromspec.com) or our Customer Service Team (sales@chromspec.com). We will provide a return of goods authorization number (RGA #) with instructions concerning the return of product, credit receipt, replacement, or refund. Product must be returned within 30 days of RGA issue.
- Other
- If you are not satisfied with your product purchase for any reason please contact our Technical Support Team (tech@chromspec.com) or our Customer Service Team (sales@chromspec.com) within 90 days of shipment. We will review the circumstance with you and if warranted, will provide a return of goods authorization number (RGA #) with instructions concerning the return of product, credit receipt, replacement, or refund. If an RGA# is issued, the product must be returned within 30 days.
- All products being returned must be in re-useable/re-sellable condition and must be returned in the original packaging including when required dry ice and/or a cooler pack, instruction sheets and manuals.
- Return of Goods within the warranty period may be subject to a restocking fee and/or freight and customs broker fees.
**Please note: We do not accept the return of custom products, antibodies, reagents or bulk orders.
