Placing one downstream from your detector will prevent solvent decompression and bubble formation in the flow cell, reducing baseline noise and drift. Each pre-set Optimize stainless steel Back Pressure Regulator offers a 100uL internal volume and includes fittings for immediate connection out of the box.
